It’s been a challenge in 2010 for Bruno Massel and his dynamic racing team, but who better to answer the call? After starting the season with small parts failures, Bruno got back in the groove by winning the Lucas Oil Series event in Brainerd, MN. Six days later he nailed the Jeg’s All-Stars for the second year in a row.
Five weeks later, rebounding from a serious top end crash, Bruno and his team were up and running with the same powerful ECOtec engine that powered his team to victory prior to the accident. In Michigan and Ohio, Bruno’s team met the challenges with vigor, and moved on to advance to a final round at the Lucas Oil series event in Cordova, IL.
Bruno Massel and his fabulous crew presently rank 13th in the National points standings — well within reach of another top-ten national finish, and just two rounds out of first place. The goal of Bruno and his team is to clinch a third straight Lucas Oil Series Divisional Championship.
