WyoTech Grads Show Soldier Appreciation, Rebuild 1982 Camaro

A team of WyoTech graduates and instructors from our Laramie, Blairsville, Long Beach and Sacramento campuses recently teamed up to overhaul 101st Airborne soldier Kyle Jordan’s 1982 Chevy Camaro.
Utilizing parts from Summit Racing and working diligently in the PowerBlock tech center, our Techers put in over 400 man-hours in four days while working on both the interior and exterior of the third-generation Camaro to transform it into the “WyoTech Warrior.”
“Kyle had no idea what was happening, and after serving in the military he really deserves an awesome car,” said Garcia Gustavo, a graduate from the WyoTech-Long Beach campus. “It was great to use the knowledge and skills I learned at WyoTech on a project like this.”
