The 2009 Summer Nationals in Topeka, Ks, were hot! But that wasn't all that was hot. The heat was in the mid-nineties.
The facing highlights of the day were nothing short of impressive. Bruno Massel, Jr., won the comp eliminator "Wally" at the Heartland Park Topeka. Team WyoTech was on the start line for the final round and were able to be a part of the Winner's Circle celebration and photographs.
Bruno beat 45 entries to earn his first victory for WyoTech in Comp Eliminator! Congratulations to Bruno and his Dad.
Top Fuel regular Clay Millican with WyoTech Laramie grad Carl Boyd made his first final round in five years in a solid and exciting drag race.
Frequent WyoTech Tech Talk participant Fast Jack Beckman with grad Mark Stewart and Tim Wilkerson and grad Nick Shaff made it to the Semi-Final round where they competed strongly.
