You don't want to miss WyoTech's Open House and 5th Annual Car Show. This will be a fun-filled day with famous faces, live demos and classic cars.

And if you feel you've got a hot ride to show off to hundreds of fellow car enthusiasts-don't forget to bring it!

Award-winning street rod builder Leonard Lopez, of Brentwood, California's famed Dominator Street rods, will be a special guest at the Open House event. He was recently honored at the 2009 San Francisco Rod, Customer and Motorcycle Show as "Trendsetter of the Year".

Lopez plans to bring out several of his jaw-dropping creations for display. He'll also sign autographs and address the crowd.

Local and national car clubs will also be vying for WyoTech's unique student-built trophies and the right to follow in the footsteps of last year's "Best of Show" winner, Jim Conley and his Chevy Sedan Delivery, "One Bad Apple." The judging will be done by WyoTech students and Leonard Lopez who will select one deserving entrant to receive the award.

Admission to the event is FREE to the public. There will be plenty of activities scheduled for the day including raffles, food and music.

Don't miss the WyoTech instructors who will be on hand hosting demonstrations in the school's various shops.
