WyoTech, the Official Technical School of the NHRA, proudly sponsors Steve Johnson, one of Pro Stock Motorcycle racing’s biggest stars. Over the Labor Day weekend, at the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals at Indy, considered the biggest racing event of the POWERade Series, this experienced racer won his second U.S. Nationals title by whizzing through the finish line at 187.63 miles per hour.
This feat secured Steve Johnson and the Snap-on/WyoTech Suzuki team a spot in the championship. Steve also knows that no one can race successfully without the support of a dedicated team of professionals, and sends his gratitude to everyone involved in the process.
Johnson knows that no rider's points lead is safe, and that moving up the list of qualifiers isn't going to be easy. However, if his racing team can keep the momentum going through the remaining races, who knows where Steve and his team might end up!
Steve is jazzed to the say the least, and feels his team is in command of the most competitive Suzuki in drag racing. However, he's well aware of the pending uphill battle against the V-Twin-powered machines that challenge his path to victory.
You can bet that Steve Johnson and his team will be giving it their all in the remaining races.
