Envision a scorching hot ’68 Camaro appearing out of nowhere! It’s one of those eerie scenes right out of a sci-fi thriller. The car stops, smoke still rising from the scorched pavement, and a head slowly turns to face you.
Your first impulse is to run, but your curiosity gets the best of you. You approach the car slowly with wobbly knees, sweaty palms, and a lump of pure fear lodged in your throat! And then, you’re stunned for a moment, because behind the wheel sits a beautiful young woman.
I know, the first words out of your mouth are, “No sweat. I wasn’t scared, it just looked that way! Who is this, and where did she get this mean machine from?”
Meet Liz Miles, a young woman who’s known simply as “the girl with the Camaro”. Liz completed her tech school class training at WyoTech, Laramie Wyoming. She earned a business-management AA degree, plus a half-dozen ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications along the way.
She also won the coveted Outstanding Student Award for leading a class in Chassis Fabrication and High-Performance Engines.
