WyoTech Road Burner Sweepstakes
Some fascinating things can happen when a championship NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle builder, an impressive array of sizzling hot bike parts, an impressive S&S powerplant and a handful of talented WyoTech students and graduates find themselves together in the same room.
RTM Productions partnered with WyoTech to build a state-of-the-art motorcycle, and the result is the "WyoTech Road Burner." RTM is well known for producing such hit cable television shows like Trucks, Horsepower TV, and Xtreme 4x4 TV, all on Spike TV’s Powerblock.
Current and former WyoTech students from the motorcycle programs at the Fremont Calif., and Daytona, Fla. Campuses performed the build under the guidance of famed NHRA team owner and tuner George Bryce at RTM's Franklin, Tennessee-based studios. The finished motorcycle is nothing short of sizzling-hot!
The Road Burner is based on Bryce's G2 Motorsports STX-V Twin. G2 Motorsports will actually sell a limited production version of the bike. The G2 STX is capable of jaw-dropping, 10 second quarter-miles passes. However, only the first 50 buyers will be lucky enough to own one.
This bike is no ordinary V-twin-and the custom 'faux flame' paint job applied by automotive refinishing program students from WyoTech Sacramento confirms this!
The legendary S&S Cycle provides the engine for this beautiful machine. S&S is renowned for building powerful and reliable engines.
After its completion, the WyoTech Road Burner made its public debut at the WyoTech Daytona campus for the annual Bike Week Event. Following Bike Week, the WyoTech Road Burner embarks on a national tour which will conclude at a huge celebration of power at S&S Engines' headquarters.
