RockCross is "hammer down" action that features unbelievable rockcrawling climbs with the element of speed and head-to-head competition found in no other sport!
Just Imagine! You're on the sidelines watching several rigs on a starting line of dirt. The flag drops, and all "you know what" breaks loose. This is not a sport for the meek! Tires will be bumped, rocks will be smacked, wheels will stand, and the rock racers will do just about everything that borderlines this side of "sanity".
Who's the Winner-Actually it's everyone who participates in a RockCross event; whether you're racing and the force behind the wheel, or on the sidelines enjoying the heart-pounding spectacle; this is fun for the entire family.
Seriously though, the winner is the first contestant to cross the finish line . The sport isn't about beating a clock; it's about beating the competition whose only purpose in life is to beat you.
This is racing at its very best!
You can bet that axles are going to break and shocks will be shattered. In the end, there can only be one victor, and you get the feeling that perhaps the "best" man actually was left standing.
Just make sure you take your camera with you to capture all the excitement. The pictures and videos you take may become classics somewhere down the line.
RockCross kind of fits right in with human nature; we tend to enjoy those close calls, and the spills and frills. It's a high wire act-we like to see the falls; we just don't want to see anyone get hurt.
This is what makes RockCross such an up-and-coming sport.
