It's no secret that the way gas prices fluctuate, it is becoming a source of terror for many people. And, since there is no end to the creativity of an open mind, there are going to be some interesting developments that might just provide a solution to the challenge.
It is Possible?
There is a rumor floating about that claims there is an invention that can convert water into a gas called HHO (2 parts hydrogen, and one part oxygen). Rumor has it, that cars are poorly designed, and at best, only use 2% of available gas. The other 80%, is of course wasted on pollution, heating, and unburned gas.
Somewhere, I think this thought just might be in the back of all our minds!

On the other hand, you can never allow yourself to become too skeptical in life. Often, that is the exact moment that an opportunity will pass you by.
The key is to do the research required to make a well-informed decision. Who knows, if enough people find that the technology works, it just might start a trend that everyone can eventually benefit by. The great thing about water is that there's plenty of it.
The one thing we know about technology, is that whatever the changes, there will always be people needed that can supply the maintenance skills. Where you find updated educational curriculums will depend on the direction you're looking in.
