(May 6, 2008)-In an effort to curb illegal street racing, WyoTech, the Official Technical School of the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), has partnered with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and Sacramento Raceway to promote Race the Strip, Not the Street-a series of drag races at Sacramento Raceway.
